A impressora de fato é excelente. O que deixou a desejar foi que o Toner que veio nela imprimiu no máximo 300 páginas aproximadamente. Em ligação com o suporte fui informado que é isso mesmo que acontece na compra, porque eles venderam foi a impressora e não o Toner. Pesquisando o Toner para comprar, vejo que está na faixa de uns R$ 300,00 cada um!!! Ao comprar o produto, avalie o preço dele e já soma os R$ 300 que vc vai ter que comprar de toner. Eu achei inviável

There were lots of negative reviews and a lot of positive ones. I took a chance as I trust XEROX. What I did when I received it is that I played the numerous YouTube videos XEROX put online for this model. I just followed what the guy did and was using it via Wi-Fi within 30 minutes of opening the box. I used a brand new 11 inch ASUS laptop I just got that runs Windows 10 in S mode. I was afraid I might experience problems running the drivers but instead I had a lucky streak. Everything runs perfectly. Only con I can tell so far is the scanner scans at 300 ppp max. My old one went up to 600, I believe. But considering the price it's not that bad.

Do not buy this product ever. It is impossible to get this stupid thing to do anything. I can't get it to attatch to my WIFI not i have a new laptop and it is not uploading to my new laptop so it has become a very large boat anchor. I've called the help line, so if you have 3 hours to waste call because they could not help me. JUST DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Setup was a little tricky to find the setup menu, however once in the menu it was pretty straightforward and connected to wifi pretty fast.It was annoying that you have to get onto a computer to turn off cover page. You have to have a dvd player jump thru many hoops to setup the printer function, sb on the printer menu. Still haven’t setup scanner again jumping thru hoops.I would not say this printer is for a novice written instructions are brief, however its fast quiet and reasonably good printer. I didn’t need colour so it is fine for my purpose.So far so good

I rarely print things, during a month and 2 weeks (since I got this printer) I probably use this printer 10 times and the biggest document was 15 pages.Today I got "LSU Motor Error" not solved turning off or removing the power cord, I call to tech support and they have no idea how to guide me to find the serial number via the menu then I had to move my setup to read it in the back and then they told me that someone from tech support will call me during the next hour and they call me 2 days later.I call again and they will replace the printer but they charge the full price in my credit card until I return the problematic printer. This support people does not coordinate properly and one if them finished the call (I guess by mistake) then I'll have to call tomorrow to finish the process.Not sure if I'm the only unlucky whit this error, at least they will give me a new item but all this process is painful.
