My bottle failed.
I love my tumbler. Order two, one for home and one for the office and was using the second one everyday. Unfortunately after the second brew of the day, bottom of the larger vessel exploded and shattered separating from the rest completely. Hope the manufacturer is aware of the flow and potential issues. Still love the design and practicality. Wish you the best.

For tea lovers
My sister in law loved this, I bought it for her for Christmas and she told me it was so easy to prepare and drink tea from. What a great gift!

Debería tener protección de plástico para amortiguar el vaso de cristal. Pero general es duvino

Don’t bother with this……
I received this product today and today I have already put in for a refundThe Hot water created some sort of pressure and shattered some of the glass as well as when you turn it upside down water pressured out and burned my hand. Not only did those 2 things happen but on top of that it doesn’t even capture all the herbs when draining. Nice concept but horrible product execution DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT I REPEAT DO NOT WWSTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY……

Nice quality
This is a slightly smaller size than I was looking for, but the overall look is nice and works well. Thanks!

Be careful when it contains hot water
Unlike the others I've tried, this one apparently does not have the double wall, or it's not designed correctly. After filling with hot water to steep the tea, you have to IMMEDIATELY flip it over and then leave it alone for 15-30 minutes. Unless you're wearing oven gloves, you will singe your fingers if you try to move/flip/drink from it simply from the heat transfer from the water.Others I've tried felt warm, or almost hot, but were always able to be handled. I'm not sure what's different about this one, but ...Also, it appears that the sieve holes between the tea and water chamber are too wide. I tried this with loose tea, which is what it's ostensibly designed for, and a significant amount of the tea was released into the drinking chamber when flipped upright after steeping. I normally use bagged tea anyway, which doesn't allow any loose tea out, but was trying to special blend tea. It lost a lot of it's appeal after picking tea leaves out from between my teeth between sips.

For perfectly steeped tea
I love this tea tumbler. Especially the ability to not oversteep, allowing the prefect cup of tea every time. I can also make multiple cups of tea by just adding more water. The double walled glass keeps the tea warm longer than a regular mug but not as long as an insulated tumbler would. I also like the glass and stainless steel - it doesn’t feel cheap. It’s not perfect though. It does leak a little, especially if I fill it with a bit too much water, when I flip the tumbler and when I unscrew the lid (probably due to the pressure) water will seep out, which can be dangerous as it’s hot. I also wish the holes of the tea strainer were smaller. It’s best when used with tea bags or large loose tea leaves as finer loose tea will go through the holes. Even with my oolong tea, sometimes smaller particles will go through. I minimize this by “washing” the tea: I fill it with tea and some water, swish the tea a couple times, and then pour the water out through the mesh strainer. This gets rid of the smaller loose tea particles.Despite these small issues, I really like this tea tumbler. Most travel tea tumblers have the tea sit in the water until you’re ready to drink it, resulting in bitter or overly strong tea. I really like that with this tumbler, I can control how long the tea is brewed but don’t have to drink it right away.
