Great as a tasty protein boost
I needed to get more protein in my diet and this has been a great way to do that! The shakes are quick to prepare, tasty and pack a punch as far as protein intake goes. The banana flavour is the best in my opinion. Generally pricey but good value when you can get on offer.

Tastes awful!
Really didn’t enjoy this shake. I bought it as my usual My Protein meal replacement was out of stock, which I actually really enjoy. This in comparison tastes artificial, didn’t mix well with water, made my tummy churn and left me feeling queasy. I haven’t tried mixing it with anything else to salvage it yet, but I definitely would not recommend this product! I am frankly quite annoyed I wasted my money on it!
