Great for slicing smoked salmon
The blade doesn't seem the sharpest but it's very sturdy and somehow enables you to slice extremely thinly. It doesn't bend, it just slices through smoked salmon, cured pork loin (bacon) and I imagine any other fish or meat. I have much sharper knives in the drawer but this is the best one for slicing things.

Good value
Is very sharp ideal for carving jam and larger joints slim blade means you can alive meat very thin and should make it easy to sharpen. Whether it keeps it's sharpness only time will tell.

Perfect balance between flexibility and rigidity.
Incredible value for money. Good solid feel and very sharp. Have tried a number of similar knives but all been just too flexible for the tougher cured hams. This worked perfectly.
