I mistakenly attached the lower part in the wrong direction and when I tried to open it broke

This product is absolute garbage.Few twist and it just snaps.Not durable.

Absolute waste of money. The music box is made of very poor quality material. Used only for a few days and the music box winder fell apart. Within the first 2,3 usage the music tone changed. when I opened the music box to fix it I saw the teeth of the instruments was missing some tooth which explains the false tune. The winding part is not repairable as it is fixed permanently to the apparatus. Totally not worth buying. Not recommended!

So upon unboxing I noticed the arm itself was dirty and had little black specks of something on it, no big deal, I'll just clean that. Then I went to see how it attaches to the crib and part of the clamp just fell off and looks as though it was never attached! Not sure if it was supposed to be that way but oh well? I positioned it on the end and tightened it up completely and it popped on the ball end. Finally, there's the quality of the toys. The bear is the sad triangle cousin of what is in all the pictures advertised and on the box. He clearly didn't eat enough stuffing last Thanksgiving and could use a few pounds. Some of the stars are a little wonky too. Most of the toys look handmade, so the quirks just give it character. My infant won't know that bears don't have triangle hips for a long time. By the time she does, I'm sure she will find it as somewhat adorable as I do now.

This broke before my son was old enough to grab at it and play with it. It broke on the tightening device. It just cracked even before getting to the tightest setting. Very beautiful colors and theme but It broke before It could be tested out. Waste of money. Will go with a more expensive version next time.

It's super cute, and it does work on many different items. However the music box is a wind up and it lasts about 90 seconds to 2 minutes. Horrible. I spent the extra money and bought a battery operated one. My grandson loves the mobile but I couldn't even get a bottle made before he was fussing. So my suggestion is look at one that has battery operated music box/spinner. But the shapes are adorable

Super cute and almost exactly what I was wanting! I didn't realize it until I recieved it, and maybe that's just my 1st time mommy self's fault, that the mobile doesn't move out of the way at all for when you're laying baby down. Minor inconvenience, but worth noting if that's a problem for you.

The product was easy to assemble. Cute toy designs. The only downfall was it doesn’t fit the crib in the middle. I couldn’t attach it to the higher part of my crib. The music needed to be rewind every time cause the lullaby only lasts for 30 seconds and dies. Basically it wasn’t as useful as I thought it’d be to distract my baby. This product has been left on the ground beside the crib, and I’ll only use it when I wanna stand next to the crib watching my baby watch the mobile with the lullaby.
