I love that it has 400mg of DHA in one pill. I have been using it daily for 6months and I feel refreshed and balanced. I have used other brands but end up not getting this much DHA because I forget some doses when having to take multiple pills per day. I started using these and Omega Vision after friends told me that their doctor recommended these Omega 3 products for dry eyes. I have Sjogren's syndrome, which causes dry eye, and have been very limited in how much I can use a computer, watch television or even read a book. After about three weeks of using these, my eyes feel the best they have felt in years. I also have mild dementia, but have not noticed any improvement with that issue. That is the only reason why I gave this four stars.
