I don't need it for any SCIENTIFIC reasons, so accuracy isn't TERRIBLY important. I feel like this was accurate enough. I bought it since I build a silly powerful PC that I decided to put industrial PC Fans in, and wanted to see how loud it got, 70dB is the answer. 70dB. So this is being used to test out some sound proofing for my podcast room to see if we can dampen the sound to a more reasonable 40dB and this will work. One tip if you're using it in a similar manner, put it on slow mode since it tends to constantly change, which is great that it's able to update so quickly, but not great if you're trying to get a reading.If you need a sound meter that's nice and compact, for a similar reason, then this might be the sound meter for you. BUT if you need it for lab reasons or accuracy, I'm sure it's accurate enough, but might want to spring for the $100+ model. That seems more geared for audio and stereo installers.

No lo tomen personal, no tengo nada contra el producto pues opera y funciona de pelos, sin embargo este en particular al no permitir extraer la información del dispositivo, no es posible realizar actividad alguna ya sea laboral o académica con este dispositivo ya que solo te brinda una idea general del entorno pero no puedes hacer ninguna aplicación con ella.

pues funciona, las funcione que tienen son buenas, solo le faltaria tener una grafica para ver como estuvo el sonido por 1 minuto los altibajos

Lo uso para checar a mis vecinos ruidosos, bares y discos.
