For me, this isnt a complete gym replacement. I still go to the gym 6 days a week. For my job when I go and live in the field, this comes in handy and very well put. I feel like I can get a solid workout while being away from the gym and be able to maintain my muscles for extended periods of time. However, for someone who is looking for good quality equipment for creating a home gym, this is totally worth the money. Putting it on the door is a little difficult becasue of the bands, but the bands is what makes this worth the money. Very durable and gives good resistance for workouts. I recommend it for anyone on the go or at home!

I needed a way to do strength training at home in limited space. The "Door Gyms" are a good solution. I found after setting it up that a wide range of exercises were possible that involved multiple muscle groups in combination exercises that could not be duplicated with weights alone. The Brayfit unit has good quality hardware and exercise bands. The included exercise cards are useful. I will probably add more hand grips and grip loops to allow more rapid progress through various exercises by having them stay in place in needed positions. I was aware when ordering that most of my door locations had nearby obstructing walls or limited space, so I attached the unit to a wall in the garage using 2x4s and 1x2s to simulate a door as shown in the attached photo. It works well

The product design is great and the exercise cards are fun to shuffle. My only issue is the quality of the elastic bands. One of mine was overstretched upon delivery and I don’t know how to get a replacement.I wonder if anyone has ever done custom upgrades to the bands themselves.

Easy install. They also give you alot of cards to reference for exercises.

Install was fairly straight forward except for the middle strap. I had to tie a knot in it. I was curious to know if the bands were truly the weights that were advertised and I found that they were far from it. I bought a digital scale specifically designed for pulling weight. I put it between the band and the hand grip and pulled. Stretched to the point that I thought something might give, these were the true resistance weights I came up with. At the max, the light band went to 14lbs, the medium went to 20lbs, and the heavy one went to 25lbs. Also that was achieved at distances of 6ft, 5ft, and 4ft respectively. The bands wouldn't stretch to the same distance. Now, given that the haeviest one will only stretch to 4ft that would mean that when you combine the three bands together you won't even get the combined restistance of 59lbs because bands aren't a consistent weight, so the combined weight would most likely be around 40lbs per side, far less than the advertised 100lbs per side.
