Thanking my ENT for recommending the NeilMed Nasal Flush system. I found this after researching the NeiMed products and found that it greatly helps reducing my allergies using a single like spray in each nostril 2-3 times a day. The Extra Strength sodium bicarbonate & salt with the saline works fantastic in controlling my allergies to the point that I stopped taking the expensive allergy medication.

Because Neil med comes in a pressurized can, it offers better force in getting it spray up into your sinuses then using a traditional squeeze bottle. I believe the percentage of salt in the mix is a little bit higher than others, which is fine for me as salt is a great anti-microbial ingredient. Nothing is worse than having a truly stopped up nostril and attempting to get through it with a squeeze bottle, which rarely works. This product does the job! Just make sure you aim it properly when using it.

I have been buying this product for several years. I have environmental allergies year-round and use prescription nasal sprays daily. I often clean out allergens before going to bed or during the day if necessary. It works great for me.

This works very well. It is much more effective clearing nostrils than plain saline mist. It got me through a very bad covid infection.

My husband loves this product. He has sinus issues year round and this product works.
