Neilmed Pharmaceuticals - Naspira Drops For Babies & Kids 12 Pack

We’ve ordered this through subscribe and save several times and received the correct product but then we got a fake box the last 2 time. The product inside the box was wrong. The tubes should be clear 1 ml tubes w a curved dropped to make it easy to dispense in a baby’s nose. These are large pink sticks w 3 ml of God knows what. Do not trust this vendor.

I have used these ampules for years and appreciated their ergonomic design. The tip is curved and very tapered - easy to use for small nostrils. These boxes came with the same outside photo, but a totally different large, rectangular product inside. It looks like a knock off and is very cumbersome to use.

Was hoping to find a more effective, comfortable way to clear out my two-year-old's nose but this is not it. The plastic is so hard and sharp after you open the tube that I just made my kid miserable trying to get it into the nose. I don't know why they couldn't have made softer edges. It's not terrible for an adult's nose because we can carefully hold it to keep the sharp edge from scratching (or just get scratched a little) but that's impossible with a live toddler. The taste is mild like you would want for a kid. Too bad but we're sticking with regular cans of saline until they improve the design.

I ordered this product many times , and it was perfect. But this time i got a different product inside the box look at the picture🤔

I don't know why Neilmed would do this, but the product in the box is not what is described or pictured on the box.
