Help with over supination
These have help me upright my feet to keep me from walking on the outside of shoes. However, the adhesive is not strong, I had to add another type of adhesive. Another thing is that they are very sturdy for a person who is obese.

Saved my Doc Martens!
My heels roll out when I walk and I can wear out a pair of dress shoes in a few months. These have been wonderful especially having bought two pair of Doc Martens boots. I was afraid of wearing out of the heels extremely fast as I normally do. I put these in both pairs and each of them are hardly showing any heel wear at all. I will definitely be buying more of these when these initial ones start to wear out.

They’re ok
I bought these for my plantar fasciitis however they’re not my favorite. They slide in the sticky part. Doesn’t really stick as much as I need it to.

Non-sticking
These don’t stick at all. Pretty much a waste of money.

Have tried many, these are better.
The wide foam and indentation are the key to why these are superior to all the puffy or fabric bubble type designs.

Versatile
Since my heels got rubbed a little raw during an exercise class after being pretty doscile for a year, I had to find a way to use these silicone wedges in place of my Arizona brace (shown in the last pic) while my heels get a break from friction.Since my shoes had cloth inside soles and were all stretched out, I had to find a different way to use these. I took the wedge for the opposite foot and stuck it to the bottom of my foot, stuck it in my sock, then wrapped my foot in my neoprene brace. I haven't had any adverse reaction to the adhesive after my third day of use. Although once they're removed the sticky is gone, the silicone gets re-sticky once cleaned off with plain water, at least for these 3 days it has. They are supportive, but not hard as a rock. I found mine to be quite comfortable.

A fair product. Works for minor correction needs.
This is a fair product at this price, affordable, works a little, saves a bit money not going to a specialist. The body weight of 60 kg will squash it down to about 0.2'' in thickness. So it will only work for minor correction needs. The quality is good. The soft gel makes it comfortable. Most importantly, this is the best product for its kind that I could find so far, way much better than those expensive foam ones, or cheap look gel ones.
