I used to own an Indo Board and would spend time on it every night after work, strengthening my core and leg muscles while just playing around. I bought this one for my very active 7 year old nephew and he loves it. Only a few weeks and he's already hanging 10!

I grew up using the old bongo board at my grandparents' house and was looking for something similar. This is pretty good but seems way, way more dangerous. The board easily goes flying out from underneath you and then you end up falling. You kind of need a chair or other support in front of you just in case. It seems only a matter of time before a serious injury occurs, and there's really no way the kids can use it. I think I'll ultimately try to find a used bongo board.

Bought this after a car accident and trying to rehab before ski season what a great way to do it

The board arrived quickly, well in time for my son's 18th birthday. He has a less expensive balance board but after a few weeks of use it never worked very well. Went for the real thing this time and wish I had done it sooner! This will last him a long time--and he uses it a lot.

This is very fun to do as exercise. And, if we do this on carpet, it is not difficult. I think I would like to recommend to my friends.
