I own several red light/infrared lamps and I have done a lot of research on the options available. This is a quality lamp and the irradiance levels are unmatched! I hung it on my door in my office and can’t wait to use it!The only thing that would make it better is to offer varying wavelengths, add a remote control and allow you to mix varying wavelengths together or mix and match them, which the newer models offer but at much more money than this one!It also comes with a 3/year warranty .

Unlike my friends, who recommended this LED device, once I opened up the box, I found no mounting instructions, no phone number for tech support, no model or serial numbers on the unit, no US Required UL label (Red Flag) from this made in China device, and when attempting to navigate through their website for help and verification, it kept bouncing me away from finding any info. A BIG THUMBS DOWN, especially for the amount of money it cost!

So far I am very impressed. Panel came well packaged to ensure there was no damage. Out of the box it is heavier and much more sturdier than I thought it would be. I researched for a while and although this is expensive, it was much more powerful than the cheaper competitors. It took five minutes to set up the pulley system and hang it behind my bedroom door. I was going to hang it in the bathroom but I read the humidity might damage it in the long term so I see it he’d to the bedroom.1/18/23-used for 20 minutes -10 on each side. I had a bruise under my upper arm I got a few days ago trying to carry a big piece of furniture and the next morning I noticed it was 70% gone. Usually bruises stay in me for a while.1/19/23-next day I did a 40 minute session-20 on my upper body and 20 on my lower part. I hiked for two hours the day before and woke up with a bad pain in my right heel from an old injury. So I lowered the panel to where I could hit that heel with the light. I used it for 10 minutes on that side. By the time I completed the entire treatment the pain was completely gone and so was the minor soreness I felt in my legs and butt from hiking.-so far for those two things I’m giving it 5 stars. Long term I have stretch marks, scars and malesma around my neck that gets very dark in the summer and I’m hoping it will help with that. I also want better skin quality. I am using a hyaluronic acid serum on my face and neck when I use it to see if that will help things. I have taken before photos so I will update on any progress. So far I am super impressed!Cons: I’m an older single lady so it is hard to lift up and down with the pulley system.-I wish there was a way to rig this so that I could just lay flat. It would be so much easier for older folks.-I wish the instructions had more info on setting up the pulley system, how far to stand to get the best benefit etc.

It is difficult to state the myriad of benefits because of what VITALIZEN has achieved in this light. I have other red light panels to compare and contrast the differences in therapeutics. It is virtually night and day (pun intended).The penetration and heat production of this light makes the competition seem like a flashlight. I have actually generated a good sweat with the COB lights. The penetration and heat production rivals my infrared sauna and I dare say better.My chronic neck pains dissipated from a 9 out of 10 on the threshold of pain to a 2 with only (2) 10 minute sessions!! The slight fluctuations in mood swings improved dramatically to an almost zen like state. The first day of use, I could not sleep as I believe that my circadian rhythms were being readjusted. The second night was one of the best and deepest sleeps that I have experience in the last year and a half.The lockdowns have taken there toll because of the restriction of movement, circulation, oxygen restriction and most importantly sun exposure. To receive the healing wave lengths of the 660nm and 850 nm without the deleterious effects of the uv rays is life saving. Energy, circulation, mood and blood pressure all have tremendously improved without pharmaceuticals.I am so fortunate to have the culmination of months of intensive research bring me to VITALIZEN. Look no further. It is expensive, but you cannot put a price on your health or quality of life. This is worth its weight in gold. Thank you for creating this technological marvel.

In September 2021 I had a stroke, by February 2022. I ordered a 1200 W red light lamp. It came quality and well l built. I noticed that immediately I felt better and it had helped. Six rows of red lights went out, but not the infrared. I talked to Amazon about replacement, but they would not honor vitalizen's extended warranty. So I called VitaliZEN And they immediately sent me out a replacement. They have gone above and beyond Amazon with what I have ever expected and their lamps are quality and well-built.

This machine does not have a timer or auto shut off. The near infrared light is naked to the human eye... I didn't realize the unit was left on for over 24 hours with my animals in the room! This is a huge issue and risks expose to people and animals with little known research as to how it affects them, not to mention a huge waste of the bulb life. Returning this item immediately as I don't trust a company's product lacking such a basic safety and use function.

I have to say that the customer service is outstanding. I had a problem and their response was timely, helpful and they took care of it right away. They sent me a new unit without hesitation and I couldn't 't be happier.The product has helped my back pain immensely - don't know how I survived before this therapy!
