This is a great low profile and quick access tourniquet holder. It is rather difficult to attach but with a length of wire and some cursing it fit firmly. Make sure to place the entire tourniquet under the bands including the windlass. A CAT fits securely and can be pulled out downwards if the CAT is oriented with the locking tabs towards the bottom, flip the orientation and it can be pulled out upwards. In either orientation, pulling outwards will be cumbersome as the locking tabs are wont to snag. If you are used to rubber bands, practicing pulling vertically may be prudent. This holder is far more readily accessible and low profile than those with total coverage and a velcro flap but the tradeoff is less protection from abrasion.The black version's backplate is grey and not black, irrelevant to me but nit-pickers might care.

As advertised. Small and will fit well on any molle web. Glad to have this so I can keep my tourniquet close and handy.

The strap is black but the plastic part was grey. Good product.

Holds my SOFT-W tq securely using standard MOLLE webbing. Not too difficult to thread in either.
