Q: is this made of foam like regular prothetics?

no it's more like a rubberry material. Mask is kinda hard too it has an elastic band that fits over your head to hold mask on to your face it is not the type you can mold to your face.

Q: Can you cut the mouth/lips so that you could talk with it on?

I believe so, you can customize it. You can also stick it on your face to move it when talk.

Q: Can you use it with long beard?

I don’t think a long beard would work unless you can fold it up under the mask. Otherwise the mask is a hoot.
