Did the job nicely for running power to a small winch that I don't use very often and didn't want to wire up permanently. Connect and disconnect easily, caps are nice to have to keep nonsense from getting in there and fit snug. The lugs are pretty solid, almost too solid because they are somewhat difficult to crimp but you'll get there after some cursing. I'm only connecting these to themselves so I can't swear they'd connect to others, but if you're planning on using all the same connectors you'll be fine.

I used these to make my trolling motor work on different kayaks and canoes without needing to loosen and tighten the batteries every time I wanted to get out on the water. They’re easy to assemble and they sure do save a lot of time.

Installed these on my UTV winch setup and they have worked well. Applied battery connection corrosion protectant to them as they began to corrode with moisture under the dust cap protectors. Overall happy and would recommend to others.

These work well and feel like they are pretty decent quality as well. The covers are a nice touch. I used them to connect my trolling motor to my battery and my battery to the solar charger. I recommend using a crimper with a punch to punch through the crimp end and then solder through the hole. It makes for a super solid connection. Also the ends of these where you slide in the contacts are open so I filled them with silicone afterwards. I then coated the connection ends in a quality dielectric grease. Follow these steps and you will be good to go.

If you buy different brands of the same part the are not compatible.

I used these to mount an ATV winch temporarily so I can install and remove it easily. The components are good quality. Note you’ll need a tool to crimp the connector ends. I have an inexpensive hammer-type I got from Amazon. They also offer hydraulic ones. You won’t be able to do it with handheld plier-type crimpers. Another plus - These connectors are an industry standard size, so possible future changes aren’t a concern.

I needed to be able to take my little solar system apart easily. These were easy to install, except crimping was hard, glad we had a tool! Not sure how waterproof they will be, but I do like the rubber covers for when they aren't connected. I will be ordering more.
