I started using this after it was recommended by my dermatologist for aging spots and hyperpigmentation on my face and neck. I ran out several months ago and I didn't think there was any difference in my skin. Well, add a few more months it was obvious. More dry patchy spots and dullness.Delivery was excellent, however the moment I opened the package I was not pleased that the outside box was not sealed and when I opened the dispenser cap I could see that serum had dried around the pump. Because I've used this product before, I immediately recognized the browning of the product as it dries around the pump. Too much $$ to accept an unsealed serum and not to say, very unsanitary.

I've been using this product for about four months. Those of you who are thinking about snail slime and saying the serum feels slimey, forget about all that. Just use it if you think it's for you. The woman who had used the serum for a month and saw no results, keep using it. Results will take longer than a month. I have been very pleased with this product. It even got rid of an unsightly dark area I had along the side of my nose and under eye area. It is pricey at $125.00 and I do not usually buy skin products this expensive, but Tensage is worth it.

This was expensive, and the box as delivered looked "shopworn," e.g., dusty, and a bit dented. Also, despite the box being well sealed (just a little beat-up; not severely dented or crushed), the lotion had oozed out onto the side of the bottle. And, taking off the cap to clean the bottle, there was yellowed crusty lotion in the grooves where the cap screws on.It may still turn out to be a great product, but disappointed with the state of the product shipped.

Great product for after microneedling

Enjoyed using this product for entire time with first bottle. However, not long after starting second bottle, I developed an allergic reaction. My skin broke out and I had a lot of itching. I have reintroduced to see if that was the cause and had the same problem. Hate to give this product up. There is a warning on the label about potential allergic reaction.
