Boulder Salt
Love this salt. Lower in sodium, but has electrolytes that your body needs.

Good flavor
I got this to add to my water as an electrolyte. I like the taste it gives to my water, plus gives me minerals.

Great product!
I use it for after running and throw it into my lemon water. My boys are into sports and now have started using it too. Really great product, the taste seems better than some of the other salts we have tried and the value of how much you get is totally worth it.

Want better form of magnesium
Good product, definitely an alternative to Gatorade giving electrolytes without the added sugar. The complaint I have is the magnesium is magnesium oxide which is not available to the body and after using it for at least a year there is always a portion that absolutely will not dissolve and is in the bottom of my drink bottle that has to be cleaned out. Could this be the magnesium oxide and that is why nutritionists say it is only 3% utilized by the body?

Great non-sugar electrolyte substitute! Mild taste, & does take the "acid" out of a cup of coffee
I am not a big fan of flavored electrolyte powder (either too sugary or has that weird chemical aftertaste of artificial sweeteners). I saw that this salt could work for this purpose so decided to give it a whirl. At first I thought it was a little pricey for just salt, but its less expensive than those other powders on the market and I was very pleased to find that it has very little taste (unless you use a LOT and then it's just a bit salty). I even tried putting it in my coffee (like another person here recommended), prepared to sacrifice that morning cup of Joe and be punished by the Coffee Gods, but to my pleasant surprise, it actually DID make the coffee taste BETTER! It was smoother and not as acidic (but just a pinch or two, folks, or you WILL ruin the coffee). I have also used this as a substitute for regular table salt in seasoning food and in baking. Works great! I definitely recommend it and will buy it again.
