Q: I have the responsive bearing and axle on it, but it does not seem to be responding. Can anybody help identify what might be the cause?

1. While responsive yo-yo is spinning, it will come back to your hand with a gently tug on string. 2. When the bearing is poor in oil, which may leads yoyo to response difficultly. In this case, we suggest applying a little oil on the steel ball of bearing, such as rust-proof oil, lubricating oil for automobiles. 3. Also you can go to YouTube, search for "MAGICYOYO" and watch the video to learn more string trick. Hope these helps you.

Length from wrist to middle finger: 20cm; wrist size: 8cm. Glove is elastic and can be worn by general adults. Hope this help you.
