I have owned "yoga toes" type toe stretchers in the past. The Chiroplax are better, in my opinion: they are pliable and easier to put on, but they are just as effective at the stretching process. They are not at all painful but even after the first use, I felt improvement in the feet/toes. I really like them. A word, too, about the packaging: I do all I can to avoid excessive packaging, especially plastic. These have a fair amount of packaging and most is plastic; however, it is re-usable plastic in that it comes inside a small zip-type bag and the "stretchers" are laid between two pieces of firm plastic that makes them easier to remove from the bag, as the ?silicone? or whatever the material is has a sticky or tacky feel to it. There is also a cloth storage bag included. I hope the company will reduce its use of plastic packaging, but in the meantime, I hope other users will re-use the plastic packaging the company now uses.Otherwise, great product. Toes and feet say thank you!

I love this product. I bought it because it was cheaper than the name brand model. I have had amazing results. Been two weeks and wear them every night for 15 mins. Already foot pain is diminishing. I'm able to physically seperate my toes about a quarter inch. Before i couldnt seperate them on my own. I'm very pleased with this product and will recommend it to others.

I have had these before in blue but I didn’t like the color but I loved the feeling of these on my feet my toes are crushed in my shoes when I’m at work so I wear these when I’m not working and I play my video games with them on although I end up forgetting that their on my feet and by the time I realize I’ve had them on for hours lol I bought this product for the color but now I refuse to take them off once on so I recommend you get them for your toes as well 5/5 stars no doubt also if you order two day shipping it’s fast because I got them in one day which I’m impressed also showering feels great when you wear the stretchers on

I'm pretty pleased with these gel toe separators. They're certainly more comfortable than a previous brand I had been using. What I like about this design, over that other one, is that they are more comfortable on the toes and also easier to wear for longer periods of time through the day. I can actually wear them with some open-toed slip on mule sandals while walking around the house, since it's always painful to try to step on the floor without instant heel pain and numbness in my big toes. I have bunions & very, very flat feet, a bad combination, especially as one gets older. I did notice that my big toes don't fit very well in these separators. The loop openings for the big toes are actually too large and that loop tends to fall off. But if I push it down farther to the base of the toe, then it doesn't separate the big toe quite enough to prevent the unwanted "overlap" onto the 2nd toe. All in all, I can work with these for longer stretches of time and less discomfort. The big toe portion of this might be made a bit smaller, or perhaps offer more than one unisex size?

I love these things. I am active with yoga, combat classes and <5 miles a week jog. When working on the computer at home, I slip these things on. It refreshes my feet. I discovered toe spreaders after I had Plantar Fasciitus and dealt with swelling feet from incompetent veins, they provided some relief. Both of these problems have been corrected, but years later I still use them for my feet. It feels good. Start with 10 minutes and then move up your times.

These work. I am diligent about a routine that I found works well for me and it could help others who are trying to help with the pain as well as the toe deformation. My toes are a little large (size 12M wide) to wear the ring pair for longer than two hours. The spike style work well for periods of 3-4 hours so, I will wear them two times per day. I have only had them for a few weeks. I honestly see and feel progress with my toe curl-under, pain, and turn-in. Wearing socks is helpful but not necessary for the product to do its job.

I have been using toe spreaders for years and finally broke the pair I had :( I didn't replace them right away and my toes quickly let me know that they were not happy!!! I did a quick search on Amazon for the name brand I purchased before and almost bought them, until I saw this set for about half the price. I will say that these are a softer, stretchier material than my other toe spreaders, but they do the job just as well. I was surprised by how much I loved the undertoe spreaders (on the left in the picture of the product) and they are my go-to set every night!It is super easy to throw these into the bag they come in and take them anywhere you go. They are lightweight, affordable and easy to clean. I have been using them for a couple of months now and they still look and feel brand new. Definitely worth trying out!

A yoga instructor had indicated part of their self-care routine was toe spreaders. I had never done it so I reviewed a bunch of options on Amazon. I wanted something simple, easy to clean, and flexible. The price was right on this set, actually it included two sets. I have only used the set with the round holes, as I find this easiest to put on and can walk in it if needed. It’s a nice squishy material but does separate the toes. I only keep it on for 10 to 15 minutes. Already have noticed a difference in how my feet feel. I’ve had a chronic issue in my left foot that they can’t figure out what it is, and seems to be feeling a bit better. So far so good!

Really appreciating this product. The toe separators were recommended by my physiotherapist for plantar fasciitis.This product is comfortable And easy to use.The pouch to store them is convenient and practical.Also appreciate the instructionss for use with helpful hints to improve on stretching and how to use properly and care of product.

Firm but not too stiff. They seem to work as my feet feel better and toe isn't crossing and rubbing as much.Even my podiatrist agrees. Wish I could wear them with my shoes but I don't have wide enough shoes.Would buy again.

These are the cutest little toe stretchers I ever did see! The hot pink looks so fun on my toes. The product is so nice to use. It’s soft and pliable and doesn’t hurt at all. I use them each day while I have my coffee or read the paper. They fit perfectly and you can adjust them the way your toes are. This company has great customer support as well.

I'm really happy with these toe spreaders. I like that there are two different types so I can alternate. My feet have been bothering me and someone recommended toe spreaders as a way to help. I had some cheap ones from a pharmacy for when putting on toe nail polish which I thought was good enough but these are so much better. $16 was worth it for me! Also, I feel they are a nice quality and easy to clean. I expect that they will last a long time.
