The ladder is good, the tunnel is not suitable for any hamster breed as it’s so narrow I doubt it would even be any good for mice. We are reusing ours by filling with a seed/fat mix to use as a bird feeder.

This would be a fantastic purchase and great value for money had I needed it for a mouse or a dwarf hamster but the holes in the wooden tube are too small for my Syrian Hamster. The bridge works fine though and is good quality. You can bend it to make it wiggly and more fun for your little one and it holds the shape well. It is just a shame that my hamster can only use half of my purchase.

Longer than I thought it would be when I bought it for Hamster's smaller cage but really useful because we could bend and shape it for him easily.When got his bigger cage as per the picture, it fitted well.He loves it and always goes on it first as soon as he wakes up so he can sit and look out to see what's going on.The tunnel is far too small to use for anything other than dwarf hamsters or mice but that's ok as we didn't buy the item for that anyway so have left it sealed and given that to a charity shop to sell on.

Much longer than expected but folds easily to make a ladder and a hidey area for hamsters. Our hamster can easily go up and down this to get to the food shelf. Bought so that her nails would naturally wear down as they started to get long with all the plastic in the cage. It seems to help! Great item

The bridge itself was great but the tunnel had lots of splinters around the holes that had been cut out. We have a russian dwarf not sure a Syrian would get through the tunnel as its quite small.

Used this product for our gerbils. Great size product for the cage we have. Product can be moved into different shapes.Product can be slightly flimsy so beware when moving it into shape. Overall a great product.

This is my hamsters favourite thing. He LOVES it. Way better than plastic ladders and things for his little feet too.

The ladder is great.. it’s smaller in width than I expected and the little wood tunnel thing is tiny! Not even a robo hamster would fit into it!! So in that essence it’s a bit of a waste to include it. Also makes a HUGE noise when your small animals gnaw it. Arrived quickly - I did not return because it fills a hole in the market.
