Q: Are they still fulfilling orders? I havent received any tracking information more than a week since I placed the order

I never received mine either, the UPS label was created but never shipped in over a month, I still want one but feel as though I was being ripped off. It is not a cheap product and I expected better customer service also.

Q: Will you be selling the Sapphire color again?

They told me from their online store it should be back in stock shortly, within the next couple of days. I hope so. I have the round yoga-meditation cushion and absolutely love it and want to get the Zabuton Meditation Mat and this bolster for X-mas. I wont consider unless I can get a complete matching set of the same color.
