The spray nozzle is not working at all, the pipe inside is blocked with something. The liquid inside does not look as it should. It looks horrible. Unfortunately it can not be returned so it's a complete waste of money.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought two of these throat sprays and both of them are completely defective (see video), completely clogged up and don’t spray at all.I’ve bought this throat spray before (directly from a Neal’s Yard shop) and found it to be so helpful, but this product from THIS seller is impossible to use, and the worst bit is that it’s not eligible for returns or refunds, with no clear way to contact the seller. I would NOT recommend buying from them. Buy directly from the Neal’s Yard shop in person if you can.
