Comfy Resting Hand Splint RH-101 (Adut Small Left)

As a retired PT and hand therapist, I've been familiar with Comfy splints for many years. I've worked with them and recommended them to my own patients. I have found the quality reliable and it is easy to care for them. The padded cover can be removed for washing. The most important things are fit and whether it is appropriate for your problem. This splint has an aluminum base to it, so the wrist, fingers and thumb can be adjusted - this should be done by a knowledgeable person. There is a small attachment that keeps fingers separated. In my case, my wrists, fingers & thumb are sometimes very painful. I use these splints for sleep. Most of the time I only use one. I adjusted it to a protected position. I have very dry skin on my hands due to several autoimmune diseases, so apply moisturizer & think cotton gloves. The splints fit over these with no issues. It definitely helps calm down my RA hand pain. There are other diagnoses for which this splint may be helpful, but that would be based on recommendation of the healthcare professional caring for you. It certainly helps me.

It doesn't fit as well as I would like, but it will do.
