Corsair K65 LUX RGB Compact Mechanical Keyboard - USB Passthrough & Media Controls - Linear & Quiet - Cherry MX Red - RGB LED Backlit

When I first received my keyboard I was afraid I was going to have to return it --- I had several keys dislodged and thought, initially, that there may have been some missing. I was able to locate all the keys and lodge them in their sockets.Having used the keyboard for a few weeks now, I can only report good news:- None of the keys have come loose in the least- Tenkeyless is absolutely amazing. As a gamer, it allows me to position the keyboard in a much more comfortable place, without having to reach far to the side to use my keyboard or mouse.- I was surprised to find that the wrist-rest is actually quite useful. I hadn't even realized how tired my wrists had gotten on my previous (high-end) keyboard. I highly recommend using it and NOT putting up the two stands.- It gives you the mechanical click many of us love without being tinny or annoying- The key response is solid and the actuation depth works perfectly for me- I didn't think I'd like the texturing on the space bar but it's actually quite pleasant - it keeps your thumb from slipping along it when you press. If you're like me, you probably didn't even *realize* your thumb slipped along the space bar when you press it, but after getting this keyboard, I realize it had for years. The result is a much more responsive space bar.- The volume and brightness buttons at the top are very useful. I use them frequently.Although I still catch myself reaching for a tenkey from time to time, I am extremely happy with this.Long story short: great buy. Totally worth the money. I will continue to buy more of these whenever this one needs replacing, barring any future issues.

The media could not be loaded. This thing has the best branded switches available along with a fantastic feeling keycaps and wrist rest it also has a really handy USB passthrough the software is phenomenal and has almost no limits with RGB the body is strong and yet so elegant and sleek its got really nice volume and keyboard brightness controls at the top and really good griping it also has a really nice package of textured keycaps and a keycap puller which is awesome. The cables are a bit big but that's kinda too be expected. It's ergonomic and feels comfortable and it's at a perfect angle. I LOVE corsair for this fantastic job and I would LOVE to check out some more of their products (hit me up corsair)..... BUY THIS best TKL Keyboard I've seen and I've seen LOTS of TKL keyboards.

Update: The switches are quiet for gaming but loud for typing.This is an excellent keyboard for gaming, and acceptable for typing. The switches have a muted impact, and a plasticky rebound sound typical of Cherry switches. What I really like about Reds is that they feel very standard, comparable to a good membrane keyboard, except much more precise. The look of this keyboard is very tasteful, and Corsair's lighting effects are a good option if you want to convey a mood or be flashy. The matte black appearance allows the keyboard to be paired aesthetically with a wide variety of setups and custom key caps. My only complaint is that the lighting defaults to red and white until the user's windows profile is logged in and their iCue configuration is loaded. Unless the user configures their computer to not wake itself, their keyboard will occasionally light up red and white in the middle of the night.

I got this to replace my rosewill rgb keyboard which I loved a bunch. I needed the extra desk space and on my gaming machine I didn’t need the 10 key. This gained me about 10cm of desk space for my mouse which was exactly what I needed. The USB pass through is cool just keep in mind for it to work this keyboard needs two usb slots on your pc. It also means the main cable is pretty big. The cherry reds are nice and quiet but still have that mechanical feel. I like the font on the key caps and since the key switches are clear the RGB is impressively bright. The customization of the rgb is endless with the ICUe app. You can individually program each key if you wanted to do so. The keyboard feels very well made and I’m confident it will hold up for a long time

I like this keyboard very much. It is the 3rd cherry MX RGB corsair mechanical keyboard I have bought in the last 1 year. The reason I subtract 1 star is that it is clear to me that this keyboard has seen better days and I doubt it is even still in production. It showed up at my house with 5 of the keys (including the D- key which I use a lot in FPS games) having been pulled off the keyboard. The issue was not that the keys were only pulled off, but that it was clear they had underwent some type of traumatic event in the process, as they don't fit over the switches quite the same as the rest of the keys, and are easily pulled off (also unlike the rest of the keys). All that aside, it was exactly what I was looking for, as I like the iCue software from Corsair and love the Cherry MX Red linear switches. What they REALLY need to do is release a NEWER (K70+) version of the tenkeyless keyboard, (perhaps one with Cherry MX speed switches) and I would be one happy camper. For the individual who spends a lot of time in front of their computer on a daily basis, the compact / tenkeyless keyboard provides much-needed desk space, and in my case as a serious gamer, much-needed mouse space. It makes no sense to me why major brands like corsair and razor dont provide more options in this area.

You get what you pay for. Amazing keyboard. Its small and compact, perfect for gaming. The way that the keys sit on the mechanical components of the keyboard make it super easy to remove but they don't fall off easily like other keyboards. The lighting effects are cool and you can customize them to do all kinds of neat things. Typing on it is not too loud. Because the keys are not inlaid into the structure of the keyboard, its super super easy to clean and keep clean. The keyboard even comes with optional keys to swap out for the WSAD for textured ones. Best keyboard I have ever owned, 0 complaints after more than a month of use.

If you're wanting a compact and functional keyboard this ten keyless variant must be your go to. The RGB on this keyboard is dope although the software iCue could be a little better. The red linear switches are absolutely smooth. Best for typists and gamers.

Vengo de un teclado de membrana Microsoft por lo que tal vez era muy obvio que este teclado me iba a impresionar, sin embargo no pensé que la diferencia fuera tan grande. Para empezar el teclado está hecho de materiales de una calidad muy buena, es solido, no se mueve para nada de mi mesa, las teclas están hechas de plástico muy agradable al tacto y el teclado está hecho de aluminio. El reposa manos es muy suave al tacto y en realidad no pensaba usarlo pero me ayuda a escribir de una manera más cómoda y rápida. Ahora, yo no soy un gran fan de todo el equipo de computo que cuenta con colores y luces locas, este teclado sin embargo me ha sorprendido gratamente. La personalización que le puedes dar a las luces es impresionante, puedes personalizar inclusive teclas individuales, vaya, hasta las teclas de muteo y volumen pueden ser personalizadas, simplemente un software impresionante. Dentro del apartado de ser un teclado mecánico puedo decir que la diferencia es muy notoria, los switches rojos me agradaron mucho ya que no suenan excesivamente y tienen además una respuesta muy rápida tanto para escribir como a la hora de estar jugando. Es un teclado con todas las características que buscaba, tal vez no muchas personas puedan justificar el precio que tiene este Corsair K65 pero para una persona como yo que pasa más de 6 horas diarias en la PC es una maravilla que mejora mucho mi experiencia y comodidad al usar mi PC.

Got the K65 Lux on sale, as the next better TKL RGB keyboard from Corsair is the K70 TKL and that is going cost alot more for what I have gotten.

I gave this product 5 stars because it is such a great keyboard. It has amazing features such as Mechanical keys, RGB, Cherry MX Red Switches, a useful tool to help take off keys, some griped keys that you can put on if you like and even a Corsair program where you can program the RGB lighting to whatever colour you want on any key you want and also add patterns to it, for example a rainbow spiral. It is also really compact and very good for gaming. The seller is also really amazing as they delivered this within a very short period of time still with the presence of the corona virus.

Es mi primera experiencia con un teclado mecánico y debo de decir que es excelente. Los switches Cherry MX rojos son ideales para jugar con el teclado: Si bien no presentan un ruidoso click característico de los teclados mecánicos (como el de los Cherry MX azules), ni cuenta con el feedback táctil también asociado a estos (de los Cherry MX cafés), aún así presenta un sonido elegante, sutil pero característico, y un sentir táctil agradable tanto al escribir como al jugar. Estas características hacen que me sea irresistible escribir largos párrafos, como este, o de plano teclear un rato aún con la computadora apagada. La personalización total de las luces RGB vía software te da la posibilidad de personalizar el teclado como más te guste, o de acuerdo al juego/aplicación que selecciones. Asimismo, viene con una herramienta para el retirado fácil y rápido de las teclas, así como un reemplazo para las más usadas en juegos FPS (W,A,S,D) y en juegos MOBA (Q,W,E,R), ambas con hule antiderrapante e inclinación para aumentar el agarre (al menos para las teclas de dirección W,A,S,D). Si bien no las uso porque rompen con la estética limpia del teclado, son un buen añadido. También viene con un descansa muñecas con textura y poco resbaloso. Es un poco pequeño para mi gusto pero cumple su función.Los únicos puntos que dejan qué desear para mi gusto son la falta de teclado numérico a la derecha, y que es un teclado en inglés, y le faltan teclas como la ñ y el acento. Sin embargo esto último nada más es de cambiar el idioma en el sistema, que reemplaza algunas teclas de signos pocos usados por estos caracteres.
