Q: Does the crust cook crispy on these pans?

Definitely they are great for the price

Q: Can this be used in a pizza oven. mostly concerned with safe cooking temp. i cook at 900* f. will that leach the nonstick toxins into my dough?

i would not recommend cooking on any pizza pan at 900 degrees. Most oven cookware is only meant for maximum temps up to 500-750 degrees.
