Incredible read. Hard to put down. Very insightful on how addiction works and how we’re all addicted.

Its very hard to read in my own opinion I started and didn’t finish reading i gave it to my niece

I bought this book to help me with learning more about addiction, as my sister is in the deepest depths of it and has been for a long time. It helped me break through the numbness I had felt, but more so helped me re-evaluate my own numbing behaviors in the world. It was beautifully written and very engaging, and I walked away feeling like I could take the lessons learned and model a better life even for myself.

Livro muito bom que trata muito bem sobre a questão de vícios e hábitos, leitura fácil e instigante.
