Great Recipes !
The Dolce Diet book has some great recipes to assist you in staying on the diet. We have tried most of them and like them all. We are hoping there will be more of them in a future book. The exercise routines are very good as well, they keep me on track.

Fantastic Resource
Despite the title this book is an invaluable resource for ANYONE looking to eat and live healthy on the go, not just college students. There are a lot of healthy recipes that can be prepared without a kitchen and workouts that can be done in a room at home (no gym required). Mike lays out the steps to be taken in order to live a healthy life in a way anyone can follow because its cheap, easy and can be adapted to work around any lifestyle.For those familiar with Coach Dolce's other books, "Living Lean" & "3 Weeks to Shredded", can think of this as a "Living Lean Travel Edition". It is tremendously useful to help avoid eating fast food while traveling with all of the travel friendly recipes. This is a must own if your goal is to get in shape and live a healthy lifestyle.

Amazing
Once Mike makes it clear that there is an "elephant in the room" it becomes extremely hard to continue to ignore. Mike and Brandy have been mine and my fiance's idols and example setters for over a year now. We will continue to follow in their footsteps to lead by example and spread the word about the importance of Dolce's principles. Now our primary food source's are "earth grown nutrients" and our bodies and minds could not be happier. Thank you Mike and Brandy, keep up with the pod casts. We still check every day for a new one. Thank you also for the College Diet Guide, it is definitely geared toward my fast paced lifestyle.

Great lifestyle
Love the recipes! Food tastes great and the lifestyle change is worth every penny the book cost. Wish I would've had this book when I was in college.

Just Get It
I travel for my job so being stuck in endless hotels for weeks on end can make it difficult to eat better with all the junk that is fast out there. I picked this up after hearing Mike talk about on his podcast. This helps puts it in perspective that if a college kid can manage to eat healthy on a budget basically living in a shoebox college dorm there is no reason I can't. The book has great knowledge simple breakdowns of meals,shopping. Thanks Dolce

A huge letdown.
The book was in perfect condition, and the shipping was fast as guaranteed; hence, the two stars. However, the content was lacking. For 20-something dollars, I expected more than a book thinner than a magazine and full of bro-speak, like being a "fat virgin" for not eating seeds and fruit. I also wanted less "success stories" and more advice. I bought the book, because I was already convinced of the efficacy of the diet- Mike Dolce is enough proof on his own. I didn't need the advertisements, but I did need the information.

Just do it.. it's not expensive on Kindle.
What's not to like? Mike's approach to healthy living is fantastic. Get this, get the rest of the stuff on Kindle. It's inexpensive to do the kindle option. There's great recipe ideas, workout ideas. It's very much a common sense approach to whole foods, and it's a lifestyle I was living long before I picked up one of Mr. Dolce's books. His energetic approach to things makes for a nice read, and it's always good to have that little bit of extra info or motivation to stay on the course.

Lacks real content
Believe it or not the first 60% of this book has no recipes, it's all success stories for his previous books. Then the recipes he provides you are pretty bland. All good ingredients, but pretty bland meals.While I know the recipes will help you stay healthy, the book is a wasted opportunity and appears to be nothing more than a money grab.

Stunning For Students
Dynamite book like everything else I've bought from Mike Dolce. Big fan of his methods and philosophies and this is perfect for students. Some ingredients not available in the uk but there are easy workarounds. Not just for students but anyone on a budget or short on time

Brilliant read. Very informative on many different aspects of creating a new lifestyle for yourself. From help with food training and study. Looking forward to using some of the principles from this book along with the other dolce reads.

Very light on actual recipes and is more based around lifestyle. "Diet guide" is a tad misleading. Didn't find the information I expected in the book. That being said, the rest of the content seems sensible enough.
