There is NO steam. Only DRY heat. Max 140 degrees generated with Infrared panels in floor, sides, back. Comes with O2 generator. Works great 15 min to heat 15 more you will be sweating profusely.

I love it.

It was a little trickier to assemble than I was led to believe.Instructions translated by the Chinese manufacturer werewoefully inadequate, generic and not specific to this model.It only heats to 140 degrees. I could go a little hotter. Sound and lights are great.Looks great! New to me so I do a sauna everyday. Sweat profuselyafter 15 minutes.
