no good the phone failed after 3 weeks the screen went black after 3 weeks I think I need a replacement dose I have a warranty

My Mother in law likes the big keys and it works well. No choice in ring tones though.

No volume control
It would be fine if there was volume control. Also, the sound it makes when you open or close iris very loud and annoying.
