Fits my 1998 GMC Sierra 1500. Has a very good clamp that holds it in place with accessories to fit different steering wheels. One thing I did not expect and love, I can put my palm on it and wrap my fingers around the steering wheel. As I turn, I just lift my fingers up and turn just using my palm with a little "cupping" hold on the knob. When I'm done turning, I just close my fingers back on the steering wheel. I never have to lift my hand off the wheel. I can comfortably keep my hand on the wheel with the knob in my palm. With my old knob type, I had to take my hand off the wheel and grab the knob. As far as the construction, it appears to be made very well, knob turns easy, and fits great. It has two rubber spacers and two 'C' clamps that allows it to fit various diameters.

I'm really trying to like this, but it has some issues. First of all, it barely stick up above the steering wheel. You can't grab it, you can only palm it with your fingers open. I was looking for something that I could actually wrap my fingers around. Second, it keeps loosening up. I think it's because the padding in my steering wheel compresses after a day or so, which then allows the knob to twist on the wheel. It looks good. It doesn't have nuts and bolts sticking out like most of the other knobs, but I don't think I'm going to keep this on my steering wheel.

The design is horrible. Since it's one piece with one side on a hinge it's extremely difficult to know where to place it in an area it would fit. Then when you do find a spot you have to bring almost to a close to get the tab to click in and screw it together on one side. If you manage to get that far. The screw is a soft metal and stripped the head. Had to throw it away. If your handicapped Do Not Buy this. I found a great looking compact modern two piece handle made of metal. Easily place on even the wonky wide part of my wheel and used strong her screws that go into a metal thread. Unlike this one.

The item is fairly easy to install, which is good since no instructions are in English. Not firm feeling as I would like but works. Bought because of rotator cup surgery

Cheaply made with poorly thought out hardware. They used a Phillips head screw to mount. The problem with this is you can not tighten it down enough to not slide around on the wheel. The screw stripped right away and I had to hunt down a hex head screw. It has sharp edges everywhere and fell apart almost immediately. I got zero use out of it.

Fairly easy to install and more low profile than others.
