Proper quality, currently sat on the toilet and it doesn’t even break up through 2 walls, superb quality 👌🏽 Worth the buy

I currently use a Sony WH-1000XM3 with V-Moda mic and thought I would give this new headset a go for comparison. I would say the Sony sounds better but I think this is open to personal opinion. The Corsair seems to sound flat and dull compared to the Sony. The headset is very comfortable with me and I wear glasses. The earcups are larger than the Sony with I think is a plus. The lead is rubberised and and I am sure they are sturdy. If I did not have the Sony headphones I suspect I would have kept the Corsair headphones. I am going to return them though.UPDATE: I have decided to keep these now. I have compared again with the Sony and also with HyperX Cloud Revolver which I also own and while I believe they all sound different the sound from these is not bad but not as lound as the HyperX. Also, with the very warm weather we've had a NON leatherette earcup and head band is a welcome comfort. The headset is also lighter and the microhone is more flexible.

So for context, I have a HyperX Cloud II headset which I love, but I have been looking for a long time for a wireless headset. So I thought the Corsair HS70 Pro Wireless was the answer. On paper it looked perfect.Unfortunately that wasn't the case.ComfortThe immediate deal breaker was the comfort. The leather material on the earcups is very tough and abrasive to the touch. They are also fairly shallow considering the overall bulk of the headset, which lead to my (relatively small) ears touching the actual drivers?! The clamping force was also woefully lacking making for a very loose feel. With or without glasses.I tried to play a few games but the headset actually started to scratch my ears so back in the box they went.SoundThe audio positioning was fine and there are plenty of EQ and Surround Sound options to play with in the software. But the lack of clamping force made the headset feel very distant and difficult to find a comfortable volume.MicThe mic was very disappointing. It would pick up my keyboard while gaming, which never happened with my HyperX headset. Also you had to put the mic really far away from your mouth, to the point it encroaches on your peripheral vision, otherwise the quality for others is very distorted. And this is after much time spent trying to make it work.PackagingWhile it's never a deal breaker for me, there was very little quality or thought put into the packaging. Again, comparing to the HyperX products, which feel like unboxing an iPhone (no joke), it just felt like I was getting less, but spending more for the privilege.Can I recommend this headset?No. Especially not for the money. They're honestly too uncomfortable for any kind of use. Even 30 minutes is too much.I paid £89.99 for the headset, where the HyperX Cloud II are about half the price at the moment. I still really want a wireless headset, but this isn't it. Until I find it, I'll stick with my CHyperX Cloud II.

Ich habe mir dieses Headset hauptsächlich zum Zocken, aber auch für TS sowie zum Musik hören zugelegt. Unter diesen Gesichtspunkten liste ich nachfolgend die Pros und Contras aus meiner Sicht auf.Pro:• Die Klangqualität beim Spielen, im TS (oder Discord) oder auch bei Musik finde ich sehr gut. Der Klang ist sauber und klar, bei Musik ist der Klang in Bezug auf Höhen und Tiefen recht ausgeglichen (in Anbetracht der Preisklasse)• Das Mikrofon hat eine gute Qualität, es ist außerdem recht klein so dass es im Blickfeld nicht wirklich stört• Der Kopfbügel sitzt gut und drückt nicht. Durch die Polsterung ist ein längeres Tragen kein Problem.• Die Verarbeitung des Headsets ist hochwertig und lässt auf gute Haltbarkeit schließen (ich benutze es allerdings nicht täglich und dies muss sich noch zeigen).• Die Mikrofonbuchse am Headset lässt sich bei abgenommenem Mikrofon dank eines mitgelieferten Stöpsels schließen.• Sehr geräumige Ohrmuscheln.Contra:• Das Kabel empfinde ich persönlich als wesentlich zu kurz. Es hat eine Länge von knapp 2m was bei mir einen Anschluss an einen hinteren USB-Port meines Rechners unmöglich macht.• Das Kabel hat keine Textilummantelung.• Das Headset wird ohne Software oder Treiber geliefert. Wie man Surround aktiviert oder deaktiviert ist daher erstmal unklar. Die Software fand ich erst durch googeln auf dem Corsair reddit…• Es ist keine Hardware (De-)Aktivierung des Surround Modes vorhanden.• Die Ohrmuscheln drücken bei mir relativ stark auf den Kopf. Nach ca. 2 Stunden wird das Gefühl dann ein wenig unangenehm.• Die Abschirmung von Umgebungsgeräuschen ist eher mittelmäßig.Fazit:Alles in allem ist das Corsair H60 ok für den Preis, mehr aber auch nicht. Auf der Arbeit verwende ich seit Kurzem ein HyperX Cloud und bin von diesem wesentlich mehr angetan. Der Preisunterschied liegt bei ca. 11€ aktuell, aber der Leistungsumfang ist wesentlich besser: Austauschbare Ohrpolster (im Preis inbegriffen), Bedienelemente am Kabel (Mikro, Lautstärke und 7.1), Textilummantelung, Tragebeutel, längeres Kabel, gute Geräuschabschirmung und noch bessere Klang-bzw. Tonqualität.Hätte ich eher vom HyperX Cloud gewusst dann hätte ich direkt zu diesem gegriffen.

Had to send these back as they are no good for a pc.Firstly the red does not come with the y connector. Only the carbon comes with that, but this is not stated anywhere.Secondly, the wire length is only 1.5 meters, which is not long enough if you have a reclining chair or gamer chair, or if you sit a sensible distance from the xbox.Thirdly, you need a seperate adapter to work with the xbox, so the headset is not automatically compatible.Due to these, we have had to send the headphones back as they are no good for gaming.The sound quality was pretty good when used with a mobile phone, but that is the only plus.Can't recommend them for gaming at all.
