Good customer service and FUN on the water
The photo looks sad, but it is waiting for the 7 grandbabies to jump, run up and down, splash in the water and play king of the hill. This pad is no joke sturdy and doesn't sink low when full of humans. This is our 3rd lily pad in 12 years and they are great fun for the money. We see those silly trampolines that never get used, but this thing gets used. They would probably last longer, but with 6 dogs, and all it's abuse, and the fact we don't pull it out of the water (it's just too much trouble) until September, this pad never disappoints. It has nice velcro straps to keep it tight during the winter months. We needed another tether, and the company came through for us with great customer service. Do not hesitate to order from this company, great family fun!

So glad we finally bought one!
We've wanted a big Lily Pad for the past few years and finally bought one this summer. We typically have a boat full of adults and this big boy is sturdy enough to support a bunch of people all at once. Great for people who don't want to be fully in the lake or don't like swimming. Easy to lounge in deep or shallow water. A bit of a pain to roll up in deep water, but you get the hang of it. Hoping this lasts us for quite a few years with the right care!

Must-Have for Water Lovers
This mat is a must-have if you are on the water. We bought the 20 foot mat and use it in the bay at the Jersey shore. It is huge and provides fun for 6 kids and multiple adults! It does take 2 adults to wrap it up and pull it out of the water, but it’s easy to maneuver in the water and adults and children alike can float, stand, cartwheel, etc. on it. It’s a hefty price but is well worth it!

Too thick and big
This mat is too thick and big. Very difficult to roll up and too heavy. Tears easily.

A little pricey but you get what you pay for made in USA very thick and buoyant shipping was good but a little slow
