Smaller than I prefer but my goal was toxic free so i kept them.

I love them! Beautiful!

I love these glasses except the handle. It has an annoying seam that you don't notice at first, then all of the sudden it starts to bother you. I keep switching hands but really, with the quality and reputation these glasses are supposed to have, there should NOT be a sharp seam!

I have recently learned that most glass has lead in it and was seeking mugs for our morning coffee that would be lead free. These achieved that goal and are very nice.

I like the shape of this mug the first time I saw it. It's unique and enjoyable to look at. When I saw a photo of this glass mug, I was a little concerned about the size possibly being too big. But when I finally received the package, which was very quick and the UPS put it carefully in front of my door, the mugs looked just right with a delicate shape that I couldn't stop looking at it. I like this shape much more than the conventional square ones. I immediately made a cup of tea to continue looking at it. The handle is very comfortable to hold. I poured in boiling water and it held well without breaking. I could feel that it was hot but not to the extent to burn my hand however. The small label is very easy to remove completely. But I noticed that the bottom may be a little thinner than the picture shows on Amazon. Well, as long as bottom holds well, I guess I am fine with it. In fact, it may be lighter with a little thinner bottom. But overall, I am very happy with it, especially that it's lead-free. A glass mug somehow gives a sense of tranquility and a clear mind.

If Duralex is supposed to be a quality product, I believe these to be factory seconds or counterfeit.However, quoted from another user review on the Duralex website "terrible. the sharp ridge that runs the length of the handle cuts into my hand. I called customer service and they said that is how they are made." Maybe these are the real deal as-is.They are packaged so that they are touching each other so the rub and scratch. There seem to be manufacturing defects in at least a half of the glasses I received.I have also seen several reviews that are absolutely contrary to the facts about these mugs.They are scratched and they have sharp seams, especially under the handle.This size also seems overstated. I could not fit a cup and a half of water in these but I could do so in the Bormioli Rocco 10.75 oz mug and have room to spare.They seem like the could be good, but something just isn’t right about them.I think this product has shill reviews. I’m going back now and liking all the reviews that were true but I ignored when I purchased these.Maybe the glass itself is of good quality but these were not manufactured in a quality manner.I’ll be returning them.

These cups are light weight - easy on the hands. They go with any decor.

The cup is a little small holding a cup and a half of liquid but overall I like it. The only dislike is the handle has a raised seam all the way down, which presses into your finger and is a little uncomfortable.

These are supposed to be 12 ozs but they are not. They also have a glass seam so they don't match our other Duralex glasses.

Guys. Lead is in everything. Everything. And though I can’t control the world I can make better choices. That started with getting rid of my coffee cup collection and replacing them with this set. Next to go is my pint collection from my 20s. When you know better, you do better.

I had done a lot of research on glass mugs since we wanted to be sure our mugs were lead free. I thought I would really like these cosy mugs and took my time deciding to be sure because they are quite pricey. The rounded handle made it more difficult and awkward to hold since we were used to a flattish handle, but what caused the most problem was the seam on the handle. It protruded quite a bit and on 2 of the mugs it was quite sharp. Our other complaint is that this mug holds only 8 ounces up to where it felt safe to carry - up to the bottom of where the top handle attaches to the mug. Twelve ounces is to the very top right before it spills over. It also took 16 days to get them from the time of our order. We may have tried to make do and get used to them, but at that price - about $8 per mug - we returned them.

Mugs are shipped with no cardboard or padding between them so all have etching where they have rubbed together during transit. It looks like others have shared this same issue but neither the Duralex or Amazon have done anything about it. Definitely not worth keeping for this price point and you would think there would be betting quality control in packaging if they are going to keep selling at this price.

Though they looked nice, one of the set had a serious scratch in its surface. Sent them back.

I was expecting these to be heavy, but was pleasantly surprised to feel that they are lightweight. Great for my mom who has arthritis and my kids. We've used Duralex Picardie glasses since we were kids. I didn't know Duralex made mugs. Die to concerns with Corelle mugs containing lead/cadmium, I was seeking to find replacement mugs and someone recommended these. It was a no-brainer. Wish I had known about these sooner. Absolutely beautiful mugs and reassuring bc it is Duralex!

I can tell these glasses will last me a long time. The thickness of the glass is perfect: very sturdy but not too heavy to hold with one hand. I have used them every day for the past two months and cannot tell at all because all are still flawless as the day I bought them!
