Belt loop or belt clip.
Although I prefer a stainless or chrome face, this style has the belt clip, not the belt loop. If you wear a belt that is wide, the belt loop may not fit. So the belt clip model it is.

Good stuff
Does exactly what it says. I wish it fit with the belt loop as well as the belt clip. Good spring action, heavy enough to pull back a wad of keys. Extra hook to hang keys is nice, my last one caught on something and snapped the lanyard. This one will stop you from moving before it breaks.

Solid reel and solid chain
Have been using this reel for about 3 weeks now. The retraction is still strong yet, light to pull.Seems solid. The chain is a huge thing for me as the other strings/kevlar can be easily cut and feels insecure.The holder seems a little big and the screw head in the centre is not really appealing. Other than that, good solid product.

Excellent
Been using it for a month and I love it. I carry quite a few keys at work and this product is excellent. Easy access, great retention, good length, and I love the clip that holds the key ring no matter how many keys you have I will stay...sometimes it slips off if you're moving a lot but thats inderstandable you can even bend it a bit if you want. I've owned another one similar to this but but the nylon rope broke from constant use and it didn't have the key ring hook so my keys were flopping around every where. When I first saw it I was contemplating getting it simply because of the belt loop clip I would much prefer a carabinier to clip on to a belt loop but having using this the belt clip is more practical and keeps it stationary. Great quality product and I love the chain it is far more superior. Highly recommend this productUPDATE- After 7 months of extreme use it has held up perfectly, exceeded my expectations. I just ordered one for my co worker who admired it.

Works well
I have no qualms with the quality and function of the key holder--it works as advertised. My only concern is that the spring clip on it is very strong, so if you remove/clip the holder onto a belt frequently, it _might_ damage your belt.
