The chair looks nice and exactly like it does in the picture. It is comfortable both to sit as well as lean back on, and it was very easy to put together (it's much easier with 2 people but it can be done with 1). I'll also add that is has very good and firm lumber support which is often lacking from most gaming chairs, so that's also a positive. I can't comment on its longevity as I only got it recently, but it feels well made/sturdy and not like it might fall apart after a few weeks/months.The only negative is that it did arrive with some black staining on the right sided armrest, however I contacted their customer service who responded quickly, and organsied a replacement to be sent to me free of charge which arrived within a few days. So their customer service gets 5 stars too.

Ordered on a Monday and shipping was estimated Thursday/ Friday but it arrived Tuesday with a private courier, great delivery and packages well.Assembly is very simple, takes about 10 minutes , unlike some chairs I've assembled the bolt holes are sturdy and haven't loosened off.The chair is comfortable, the height is adjustable by a few inches, can lean back with an option to adjust this, armrests can be lifted up and down and chair can swivel.There is no option change backrest angle or position but at this price point it it's expected.Good value and higher than expected quality chairI would recommend to anyone,4 stars because the way I sit is slightly different due to how I like my lower back raised forward which this chair doesn't do, but for your normal person this would not matter.

Bought as present for adult son. Perfect size foe gaming in small bedroom, easy to assemble and seems well made.

When the chair was first purchased we were very happy with it ....after 5and a half months not so happy. The 'leather is pulling and starting to tear at the seams and is starting to cracked in ripples on the surface. We contacted the supplier and they didn't want to know , they said they couldn't help or refund us because there is only a 6 month warranty ! I reminded them that the warranty doesn't run out until the 7th of may and they just stated again that it was out of warranty. No support what so ever ! Very disappointed we paid out for what we thought was going to be a good chair , and it isn't 😪
