I don’t know if it’s 100% cotton or not. I’m thinking probably not but I love mine. I have bought three of these. Two in white and 1 grey.

Q: Are there Grey pillow shams to match this comforter?

No, it is just the comforter, but I'm sure you can find matching shams sold separately. The color in the photo is accurate.

Q: Did anyone else have strait red Marks all over?

I bought two of these comforters last Fall (white and gray), and I do not see any unusual marks as you described. Also, at the time I purchased mine, they went by a different name: "Lux Decor Collection Premium Quality All-Season Duvet Insert or Stand-Alone Comforter - Quilted Comforter with Corner Tabs - Hypoallergenic".
