Q: How strong is this bag?

I've had this bag for less than a year and I carry a lot, including a laptop. The bag is falling apart, ripping all over and the front pockets are basically useless because the zippers are always stuck on the liner.

Q: How would you use to clean this bag

I have a black one and I just use a clean damp cloth. It is not real leather so it will not stain. I thought this would be a large tote bag but it is the size of my purse.

Q: Does this bag have a middle zipper pocket inside or is one open space? I cannot tell from the photos.

Yes there is an inside zipper pocket, but it is offset and not in the middle of the bag.

Q: Was there supposed to be a crossbody strap? If so mine was missing.

It came with a crossbody strap. It was folded and packed and placed inside the purse.
