The Bradford Exchange Thomas Kinkade Light Up Stained Glass Two Feet High Clock with 4 Hour Timer

We ordered this clock for my mother for Christmas and when we opened it, It wasn't as big as it looked on the website. Also the design is not as prevalent unless it is lit up. This biggest issue we have is that we pendulum hits the sides of the box, even with the clock perfectly leveled. Not worth the 200.00 price tag.

This clock is NOT WORTH THE MONEY. It is cheaply made. The light up part is plastic. The clock is a sticker and the pendulum is cheap metal that bends easily. The panel behind the light up area wasnt attached. I am very disappointed with this. I purchased it as a gift and was embarassed to give it.

I bought this for my best friend last Christmas. She is very pleased with it and has it hanging up in her living room. This is a very beautiful clock and she has had no issues with it. She has it for 1 year so far and still enjoys it. The light option is also very nice and lights up nicely in a dimmed-lit room. I highly recommend this clock for anyone that loves pendulum clocks.

First one arrived broken. They sent a replacement right away but no return label for the broken one. I really expected more though. Looks very cheaply made.

Like this clock, the light in the clock is great.

Malfunctioning product!

Fantastic clock. Very detailed and beautiful.

Besides the pendulum being made out of cheap metal the worst thing is that even though the clock is perfectly leveled on the wall the pendulum hits the side of the clock as it swings making nonstop noise! The noise is so annoying that I took the clock down and now have to go through the hassle of returning this junk.This was my first ever purchase from the Bradford Exchange and it was not a positive experience. I guess after going through the hassle of returning it i will only get back the 199.95 i paid for the clock and loose out on the crazy shipping cost i paid...
