I've bought several products from Toto over the years. It's my way of treating myself. I ordered the 3 spray because, 1 spray...boring. I love mine. For the water that it uses, it gives me strong spraying power. I like the 1st and 2nd sprays and the 3rd would be great for girls who love to wash their hair without making a mess with the spraying power. In fact, the 3rd spray is actually and anti-spray, a very slow stream without the aerator you get with a spray. I love it. I did a great job and treating myself.Update 3/24/22: I am buying a second one for my dad's shower who is coming home from hospital rehab and needs the single full slow flow the showerhead produces because he will be using a shower chair and the 3 way switch is easy to use. Also, I don't know why other people have problems with water pressure flow. It's the best water pressure flow showerhead I've used with the water pressure I have normally had living in Florida It's thin and sleek and not bulky like many shower heads.

We have used it perhaps for a year. Mostly my wife uses it. The water flow rate is so small, it just dribbles. If you are interested in taking shower, wash your hair, etc. don't buy this. It cannot be repaired and with the end of the warranty just throw it in the dustbin. Something positive is it looks great. Maybe just keep it and replace it when you plan to sell your house or apartment.
