Super comfortable!
I've been wearing Swiftwick Aspire Zero for years as a workout sock. I love this new version that has a tab on the back. So many shoes theses days seem to have a high back so these prevent any rubbing against your upper heel. The Aspire Zeros are super comfortable. They do NOT squeeze your arches with compression. They hold snuggly to your feet without any slippage. You never even think about them as they do not slide, roll or bunch up. They keep my feet cool and dry. I just love them. My husband tried to get me to switch to his new brand but there was no way! Now he's back to MY brand - Swiftwick. : )

No More Blisters!
After a LOT of searching, money wasted and more blisters than you could ever imagine, I've FINALLY found *the* perfect running socks...for me!I'm a neutral runner - medium arch, no pronating, etc, but I would ALWAYS begin to get hot spots after mile 3-4, right on the ball of my foot, about 1" under my big toe. If I kept going another 1/2 - 1 mile? BLISTER CITY.I tried all the lubes - Aquaphor, BodyGlide, Vaseline...nothing helped. I'd blister right through the lube, but at least my feet were soft. My foot sweat and lube seemed to form some kind of weird paste (like Ross and the lotion/powder leather pants incident), and would NOT wash out in the laundry.I tried keeping my feet dry - Anti-Monkey Butt Powder (awesome stuff, but not for blister prevention), Monistat's Anti-Chafing Powder Gel (totally a dead ringer for Smashbox's Makeup Primer), but again...BLISTERS. Plus, all of the powder poofing out of my shoes made me feel like Lindsay Lohan. It too made a paste :(I even tried duct tape, which just left my feet coated in that gray-black "Band-Aid goo". Never again.I tried wicking socks, going through Balegas, Thorlos and any kind of sock with the words "DRY" anywhere on them. Again, blisters. The Thorlo Experias were nicely padded, which were really soft and comfortable when I WASN'T running. Once moving, that padding just seemed to accelerate the hot spotting and blistering. Finally, my running coach suggested Swiftwick, after hearing me whine and moan about the sad state of my grape-like feet. My local running shop was out of my size, so I ordered on Amazon and the socks arrived the very next day (thank you, Prime!). I immediately put them on (no lubes, no powders) and knocked out a 5 mile evening run with no foot issues whatsoever. I've since bought 5 more pair and thrown out all of my other socks - I haven't had a single blister or hot spot yet, even after 10 miles. The Swiftwicks are TIGHT, which is good. No fabric rubbing around means no friction, which means no blisters. The fabric is nice and stretchy, and wicks GREAT. They don't stretch out or shrink in the laundry (wash them inside out). The only downside is the price, but the price is honestly comparable to many other brands of running sock!

Not very padded - but still nice socks
Update 9/3/23: Did use the socks and they are pretty nice inside a pair of cycling shoes. Still wish they had some more padding at the ball of foot- but the thinness worked too and the sock felt supporting around instep.Paid a lot for these single pair of socks because I thought they had extra padding on the bottom as stated in description - needed to cushion the ball of the foot when riding. Nope. These are just as thin as any other sock. Very disappointing. Keeping them b/c I don't want the hassle of sending back. I bought some cheap drug store socks that had more cushioning.

My Goldilocks sock
I'm a 40-50 mile week runner and I've tried them all- Balega, Smartwool, Darn Tough, Feetures, ect. These are my go-to socks for marathon day. They're not too thick and not too thin. They fit great, stand up to wear and tear, and leave me blister free.

Comfort
These socks are super comfortable and do not slip down on my heel. I will buy this product again. The only downside is that they are a bit pricey.

Super Comfortable
The perfect low cut foot sock is difficult to find: great fit, durable, non-slip-off in a low cut style are my parameters. Swiftwicks models meet the criteria and have the added boost of being super comfortable. My only suggestion is they make a no-show at all footie.
