best of all I have bought! Chain doesn't pull smith but will outlast any other cable type. Would be nice if were a little longer and the belt slide clipped on the belt. I've had it come off several times.

I carry a lot of keys together with my badge and the previous reels I got get easily broken so I always end up buying at least to reels almost every year. This reel is very durable and does a great job. It easily retracts back and forth without any trouble. The only draw back I have is it is bigger than I expected but overall I'm happy with this purchase.

We have used these in the workplace for years to keep property keys safe, secure and on hand. The chain, case and clip are sturdy and reliable as long as you don't overload the key ring beyond capacity. Our staff especially likes the black case that blends in with belts and uniforms. An essential product for anyone who cannot misplace keys for security reasons.

These are well made and they have not broken I use it on a daily and have not had any trouble with the winding on it.

Broke after a few months of use.

So far they are holding up great and not getting tangled. Stay on my belt just fine
