Q: I'm 5 7 do I get a regular Large or a large tall or a large long ?

I'm 5'7" and approximately 149 lbs. I have always bought a size large in workout leggings. I purchased a large in these and they were too big. They bunched and there was a gap at the waistline. As I like leggings tight, I exchanged them for a medium. It is a much better fit for me.

Q: Why couldnt change the size of the leggin adidas that i bought for size xl?

I never had a problem returning an item for a different size.

Q: Iam 5'7 and a 169lbs was wondering what size I should get I normally wear a large , also should I order a large tall or long ?

I’m 5’10 about 180. I wear medium tall. Deeps how long you want them. I like mine to my feet.
