Q: Is this correct? item dimensions lxwxh 5 x 7 x 10 inches seems larger than the screew type

Sounds like the shipping box dimensions. From memory it’s more like 5” L x 3” W x 4” tall

Q: I currently have rainbird sprinkler valve and i am going replace them after long time of no operation , can anyone comment on which are is the best ?

If you currently have Rain Bird, it's much easier to rebuild the valves you have in place instead of cutting them out ans fitting in a new valve, especially if they are underground in a valve box. You would just need a diaphragm kit and solenoid if those are the parts in question. If the actual body is cracked then the whole valve needs to be replaced.
