It barely spins and if you put pressure on it or push it down on a surface it stops the spinning. Very disappointed.

It does the scrubbing fort you. I don’t have to bend over while cleaning. I can avoid hand, skin and nail contact with areas to clean.

First, the product was exactly as I ordered. I was replacing one I had for approximately 5 yrs. Secondly, it was delivered on time as promised. I’m 76yrs young and recovering from rotate cuff surgery and this is the perfect item I needed to use due to limited reaching. If your customers haven’t tried one, I would whole hardly fully recommend they try one.

This item is excellent love using it and it saves me from being on my hands and knees while cleaning bathrooms or floors. I recommend it also charge lasts a long time

It’s comfortable to hold and easy to lift. It works very well. I’ve only used it twice but I’ll be using it a lot more soon

This spin scrubber works as described. I have used it seven times. It is important to carefully align the parts and plug them into each other properly, and to also make sure that they are secured together before using. If you don't do this, you will have a faulty connection between the pieces and it won't work. Once I figured this out, I had no problem with this. It does a great job scrubbing my bathtub and also my son's shower (which was disgusting). There is no need to push the brush up against surfaces in a brutish manner. A light touch works just fine - that spinning scrub brush does all the work! I have never lost a charge on this while cleaning and also have never had it slow down on me. It charges very quickly. (The directions say to charge it much longer than I actually needed to in order to clean two tub/showers.)Even though it feels a bit cheap in the hand, it works! I use my regular Clorox Clean Up shower cleaner with it and my shower shines! I wish it had an adjustable neck, to change the angle of the head as needed, then it would be perfect. No big deal though, I just change the angle of my arm :)

I like the fact that it really does work to ease the stretch required to clean my tub and shower enclosures. I only wish that there might be an option to purchase addtn'l. brushes. I put some real elbow-grease when I'm trying to clean hard-water stains out of tub & shower stall. This really does beat the old hand-held (length of a regular sized flashlight) brush that ran on 4 AA batteries which constantly fell out when I used. I'd recommend.
