Received open and half full
I received this product with the protective seal open and protective cap, which should be sealed over the top of the bottle, totally off. The bottle was only half full. When I went to return it, the site said that this product was not eligible to be returned. How can you use an item that’s meant for your Health when it has been opened and damaged?

you don't have to mix this into a drink
At first I tried stirring it into drinks, but it would only clump up and be unpalatable. But then I put it into a spice shaker, and just sprinkle it on my food. It doesn't change the taste of the food, and so convenient to use, without getting out a blender to clean up.

Taste and mixability
I mix this with a little orange juice and water in a jar with a mixing ball. Works great and tastes good too.
