I used it inside the bottom seal of a garage door to puff it up and help prevent water and critters from entering. It worked just as I wanted.

Fill cuts in my concrete pads that were getting wider
The cuts on cement pad had expanded so I filled it up with 2layers of this backer rope and sealed it only time will tell how well it works seems good as of now

Cheaper to buy on Amazon than the local hardware stores.
After siding was done on house, the foam filler was placed all around the window frames. It is a perfect insulator.
