So I bought 2 separate booties, one for each foot. You can reverse them so they fit on the correct foot. They’re great for people who work on their feet all day, as I do. They’re cold and feel wonderful! This, plus elevating my legs is just really relaxing and does help swelling go down. My only issue is that the straps, which are super stretchy, are itchy. They help them stay secure, but they really itch, and it’s a bit of a drawback, but worth it. Seriously, to see my swollen ankles reduced in size in about 30 minutes is pretty amazing. Get 2 and keep them in your freezer, but buy them when they’re on sale because they’re a bit expensive.

I like it a lot! More comfortable than expected and it works well. Relieves swelling and aches/pains. It does sweat so a towel needs to be put down on whatever surface your foot/leg is resting on. I like the color too.

These ice pack wraps work great. I ran too far and fast to get a connecting flight and injured my Achilles tendons in both legs. These wraps are so easy to put on and keep in place because the straps are attached to the boot. They are comfortable with the fabric inside, instead of having plastic against my skin. I would recommend them

I had broke my fibula in a couple places right above the ankle, bought 3 ice pack/gel packs before finding this one. It will fit anyone under size 12 men’s or women. I’m size 11.5 and it fits like a glove but the long Velcro will allow it to fit perfect for any size smaller,Pro: fully covers ankle and foot leaving toes exposed and goes about 6”-8” up the shin. Freezing cold first 30-60 minutes. It stays cool for about 2 hours. Super easy install by myself. Good Velcro straps that stay attached and allow for compression if wanted. Flexible and comfortable around the injured areaCon: slightly bulky and heavier than you would like I recommend having a pillow or leg prop under you to help support the weight of the ice pack, takes 4-6 hours of deep freeze to get the best results. It works better for left foot/ankle than the right one unless you turn it inside out. Still works great for right ankle but just works better for left.Just buy it and you will be happy

I’m a klutz, and as such, I gave myself a really awful ankle sprain in a fight with a flight of stairs that I lost. This ice pack is honestly genius. I tore things on both sides of my ankle into my foot, and this ice pack is the only thing that actually covers all of the many spots in my ankle I pissed off. It stays cold for a pretty remarkable length of time, once fastened it stays in place perfectly. I have a pretty small foot which it fits on perfectly with extra space, and based on the size I think it’d also fit just fine for people with much larger feet.While I’ve only had it for a week or so, it seems pretty hardy and I think it’s going to hold up very well over time. The amount of relief it’s provided to a painful ankle has been truly remarkable. I’m so grateful for this ice pack, and I definitely can’t recommend it highly enough.

It fits perfect and provides cold, but not for very long. I put it in the freezer for well over 24 hours, and the cold only lasted about 15-20 minutes before it was room temperature.

Stays cold for 30-45 minutes at a time at 72F ambient temperature. Easy to use, Velcro strips look like they’ll last some time. Thanks.

Comfort and adjustable, also I was testing if I could reverse them one side to the other and found no issues and felt a very increased cooling effect. Followed instruction book and timed having them on with relief from both sides. Well made and excellent relief.
