Q: What do you use to hang the balloon arch or garland to wall?

I used fishing line & nails. Make sure you have a strong enough grade of line to old the weight of balloons.

Q: Is the arch reusable?

The arch is not resusable. There is no formal foundation arch included. The balloons are blown up and you use the sticky tabs they included. It was so hot outside that the tabs did not work for me. I had to run and purchase fishing line to make balloons stay attached. But the balloons were beautiful and they gave you a good amt. I only used half of the amount of balloons so I can do another one in the future.

It was very easy! No helium used

Q: Can this go over a pool

Yes I can go over a pool if you buy something to stabilize / support it.
