The grill is really nice. A couple of the components were damaged in shipment, but not beyond repair. Directions were good for the assembly of the grill, however tue electronics directions sucked. They fail to mention that you have to disassemble the auger box to connect a power wire so the grill will even work. Mine has a slight short somewhere, so once you start the grill, just dont move it unless you want to restart the grill.

The grill arrived sooner than expected. Assembly was pretty easy. I did it myself with some help from my wife to hold legs while fitting bolts. Have used it three times so far and temperature has been spot on. Did ribs and chicken wings and both came out super. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get a good quality smoker at an affordable price.

Love this grill. It's my 2nd zgrill and man, all I can say is perfect. Did a pork shoulder in 38 degree temps and held temp perfectly, not even a fluctuation. Way to go Zgrills. The only negative was came with minor damage from the factory. I know it was from the factory because the box was perfectly in tact. Not enough to send back but enough to say shame on you Zgrills. Improve your quality control.

It was easy to assemble, I was able to do it by myself but another hand would have been helpful. The first cooking attempt with some chicken came out great using the probes. I will probably use my Bluetooth temp probes from now on but it was a good test. The wheels could be better. I will probably upgrade the two plastic wheels to a more secure rubber wheel later. Defines cover grease plate with foil for easy clean up.

I love smoked meat but hated the hassle of trending the temp. This is the perfect solution. A friend of mine got one and when I saw how truly easy pellet smoking was, I jumped in. Did a lot of research and for my needs the Z Grills was the perfect option. The only negative was that it was missing 2 bolts that I easily picked up at a local hardware store. If you are in the market I would highly recommend checking out the Z Grills line. Always buy a little bigger than you think you'll need, you'll fill it up fast!

I purchased this smoker and think its a great product. However, the barrel was bent causing the lid to not fully close/seal. I called zGrills twice and left a message, I emailed them twice, and attempted to chat with their customer service online and after three almost four business days I've received no response. I have a neighbor and a sibling who area also considering purchasing a zGrill. Given the poor customer service, I'm inclined to tell them to be cautious in purchasing a zgrill if at all.

Start up is easy. Temp control is great. 20 lbs of pellets last for a long time. I made some the best jerky I've ever made. Smoke flavor in meats is a big plus. I've got a gas smoker and a gas grill that I might as well get rid of now. You will not be disappointed. Love the two temp probes too. Just can't say enough. I'm constantly thinking what I can try next on it.

Blower motor stopped working after 2 months.
